Processing Times
We ship most orders within 3 business days.
Our fulfillment team in Jacksonville, Florida packs every order with care to make sure it
arrives safely and quickly.

If we ever experience delays due to high order volume or special events, we’ll communicate that clearly at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Both options include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options on select items, including:
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Orders placed with an expedited shipping option receive expedited processing. Orders submitted before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Where We Ship
At this time, Animal Pride ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer International shipping — but we hope to expand in the future.
