AnimalPride.com offers FREE shipping on all orders over $35! We ship all orders within 1 business day, and we use priority shipping with USPS or UPS to ensure you have tracking on your order.
Our dedicated staff located in Jacksonville, FL takes pride in getting your order shipped to you as fast as possible with the utmost care. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
We also offer expedited shipping options (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) through UPS, which is available for purchase during checkout.
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

To initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation, please email support@animalpride.com and write your order number in the subject line (for example please write: "Return Request for 2102-AP"). You will receive further instructions within one business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Please keep in mind, returned items should be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We do offer refunds.
